My favorite albums of 2023, #6. The bastard child of early Venom and Black Flag, with just a touch of The Wipers' pop instincts. Amazingly underproduced, it sounds like it was recorded on a boombox.

If all garage punk was this good, they’d probably call it something else. Sure, this shit is dirty, but it’s so well executed you’d think they’d been doing it for a lifetime. The female vocals give it a nice punch and playfulness.

This is one of those albums where I have a different favourite track every week, and it's been like that since the release that is now a year ago. What a massive album, starting out with fist pumping chants and gradually getting more electro but always with that punk grit attitude. Top 3 of 2023.
